Jackie Lacroix-Costello
Account Manager
Since starting with Court Reporting Management Services in 2005, Jackie's been primarily responsible for invoicing, collections, and payroll. Her work experience includes many years as a manager and corporate trainer for a well-known national company, and an educational aide for special needs children. Most recently, she was a payroll administrator for a busy accounting firm. Jackie's education includes courses in early childhood education, and she is currently working towards a BA in Business Administration with a minor in economics.
Jackie has three teenage children, and has held numerous volunteer positions in their schools over the years. She spends her free time with family, friends, and her long-time book club. Jackie especially loves to learn, and is currently enjoying her favorite classes: psychology and American Sign Language. [ top ]
Lynda Munsey
Production Manager
Lynda joined Court Reporting Management Services in early 2009. Lynda is busy every day with printing, scanning, copying, binding, and getting transcripts in the mail. Lynda also helps with many of our office tasks: scheduling, filing, answering the phones. Lynda earned an Associate's Degree from Mount Ida College in Newton , Massachusetts. Her prior work experience has been primarily in customer service and accounts management.
Perhaps the most challenging of Lynda's responsibilities at this point is keeping an eye on her 17-year-old twins. When she's not in her role as lead chauffer, Lynda enjoys reading, movies, and cooking. Her two cats, Boots and Olivander, fill the necessary roles of taster and judge for her newest creations. In addition to cooking, Lynda also keeps her creative side engaged by making pottery. [ top ]

She has earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut and a Master's degree from New York University in the areas of nutrition and health education.
Having lived all over the country, Julie has developed a love of travel, and enjoys frequent trips for pleasure and business -- both hers and her husband's. While at home, Julie spends her time caring for her two teenage children, her two beagles, and her three exotic birds. She is currently the chairman of the Wellness Council in her hometown, and participates in daily spin classes and weekly line dancing lessons. [ top ]

She was hired to assist with the demands of business growth, primarily handling scheduling, invoicing, and client relations. After earning an AA in liberal arts from Green Mountain College , Betsy worked in the banking industry for more than 20 years. She brings her proficiency with numbers and attention to detail to her current position. It's been said, "The magic behind every outstanding performance is always found in the smallest of details." Betsy has that magic.
Betsy is the mother of two college-aged children, and during their childhood was an active volunteer in their schools. She continues to stay involved as a devoted assistant to the Drama Department at their former high school. If weather permits, Betsy spends her free time gardening with her husband and walking their dog Abby, a Labrador retriever. [ top ]
